The Faculty and German Section are delighted to announce that Professor听Mark Chinca听has been awarded听a by the Leverhulme Trust. Mark will be using the three-year fellowship to work on his project 鈥淭he Formation of Medieval German Literature, 750鈥�1250,鈥� a re-evaluation that will situate early German literature in its multilingual contexts and reveal it as less 鈥淕erman鈥� and more plural than is commonly supposed.
