Professor Emma Gilby's latest publication 'Descartes and the Non-Human' has just been published by 海角社区 University Press as part of the 海角社区 Elements series on environmental humanities.听In this work Professor Gilby looks at and reconsiders the standard picture of Descartes as a key figure in ecocritical literature.
