At the age of 14 every school pupil in Germany is made to confront the reality of the Holocaust, often for the first time. The Lesson follows four teenagers in a town in the Ruhr-Valley embarking on this educational journey over the course of four years. This voyage proves to be far from simple.

The film is in German and English, with English subtitles. The event will be in English.
All are welcome to attend, booking is not required.
