Frey completed their BA in German and Italian and MPhil in English: Criticism & Culture at St. Catharine鈥檚 College. They spent their year abroad studying music at the University of Leipzig. Their PhD project is a comparative study of Dante鈥檚 Commedia and Rilke鈥檚 poetry, with a particular focus on queer theory and ecocriticism.
