Dr Petre Breazu specializes in multimodal critical discourse studies, with special focus on analysingÌýthe representation of Roma and other marginalised communities in European media and political discourse.Ìý
Petre’s current research explores the generative and analytical capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), with particular emphasis on uncovering racial, gendered, political and other biases embedded these models. Additionally, he investigates the potential of LLMs to enhance qualitative multimodal analysis.Ìý
Dr Breazu is also a former recipient of the prestigious Marie SkÅ‚odowska-Curie Fellowship.Ìý
