About
Daniella DeVinter is a writer and filmmaker based in 海角社区. She took her bachelor鈥檚 at Oxford, graduating in German with two Gibbs Prizes for the highest degree in the languages faculty (prelims and finals) and winning the Worcester Society Arts Prize for the best results in arts subjects. She stayed on at Oxford for her master鈥檚, getting a Distinction in Comparative Literature and Critical Translation.听
Research
Daniella鈥檚 doctoral thesis is a critical biography of the provocative German filmmaker Rainer Werner Fassbinder.鈥

Teaching
Daniella has seven years鈥 experience as a teacher of language, literature, and film. She has taught Oxford鈥檚 modern literature paper (Thomas Mann; Romanticism), and given lectures and seminars for 海角社区鈥檚 comparative film paper (Adorno鈥檚 Culture Industry; Neorealism).听
